We placed an order for a double deal medium size pizza on Monday 04 February at approximately 19:20 a the Cresta Scooters. We have always received great service from them but last night was such a shocker.
We phoned the manager multiple times and was told that the driver is on the way. When I phoned at 20:30 the manager informed me that our order would be free when the drivers arrives, but the driver never came. I phoned AGAIN at 21:00 and was told by the manager that the driver said we did not want to order anymore. But the driver never even arrived in the first place!
I was very shocked at this as we are less than a KM down the street and the previous drivers were very friendly and accommodating and used to deliver to us within 25 mins of placing an order.
I am sad to say that this experience has caused me move on from Scooters, I wont be ordering from you again.
