No business transaction card issue for 4 months

I have on the 18 Marh 2013 opened a business account with Felicia Lekgwathi, who confirmed with me there were no cards to issue me available on that date, however I should come in two weeks to collect the cards, I have in April, May went into the branch and each time I was informed cards are finished, however on Saturday, 29 June 2013 when I heard from Raquel Jacobs that the cards are not kept at branches, but are ordered per request, i was furious, she then reassured me that she is ordering a card for me and I will receive it within 4 working days, meaning today, 04 July, however as I write this report I have not received an sms a per her confirmation confirming that my card is ready for collection, ABSA's service is disgusting and it is amazing that people will only get service upon complaining, why employ staff who do not know what is their duties and cannot fulfill them and treat all clients with respect and excellent customer service. DISGUSTED
