I received an invoice and unfortunately it was not reconcilled properly. when i asked them how they got to the account was told that they dont have proof of payment of which i have submitted. so then i sent the proof of payment to them and i spoke to one of the finance consultan (ZELNA something) t who then agreed the amount that i will be paying for. to my suprise when i got an invoice the amount was totally different, so i kept on phoning day in day out to rectify the problem. about a week ago they sent out sms that they are disconnecting, so i did the same thing, phoned again to understand the problem . that day they told me that they wont dicsonnect but work on the matter and let me know. Today i got an sms at 12h15 whilst ina meeting saying that they are disconnecting, i only saw the sms after 13h00.
i said to the Zelna we will listen to the recording and she says their calls are not recorded. she is now playing a mind game with me because she says we did not write it down. as i speak they have disconnected my electricity.
Please intervene.
