03/09/13 Telephoned Home Care Line and after three attempts of being transferred by switchboard and receiving no reply, left message. Did not get a ring back. 04/09/13 Once again rang and did manage to speak to the marketing manager who, when I asked why there was not expiry date on the Raid Electric Diffuser, was told that she had to ask her technical department and would get back to me immediately. Well that was around 10am and it is now 4.29 and i have still not been contacted with an explanation.
