I complained once already and got an incredibly half-assed response so here goes round two.

Dear customer service person reading this. I would very much appreciate a phone call when you read this complaint or you could at least give me your name and a direct number where I can call you.

As stated in my previous complaint, a package was shipped to me in January this year from Seattle in the states. My name is Robert McKay. The package was sent to me by my brother Michael McKay. There is unfortunately no tracking number for the package. The staff at the post office refuse to help me look for the package unless I have the delivery slip. Because it has been almost six months since it was posted to me I no longer live at the same address so have no means of getting this slip.

I know that all packages are logged when they are received at the post office. I need someone to check that log book for me and since no one at the post office seems willing to do that I ask your help. If you require more information from me you have to use my contact details, you can't just leave a response on the site because that way I can't get back to you.
