My wife and I got married during the festive season. Jenna Smith was the person selected to do the hair and makeup for the bridal party.
A couple of weeks before the wedding there was supposed to be a trial run with the makeup. All arrangements had been made. Then we phone the night before to confirm and she doesn't answer her phone or email. Same thing the next morning. We manage to get hold of her 2 days later via email. Apparently she turns her phone off weekends when she's supposed to be contactable by her clients especially since there was a trial booked and paid for.
We decided not to use her services anymore because she was showing signs of being unreliable. I asked for my money back since no trial took place and wanted to use a different service. She refused to return the money for weeks until she finally caved and deposited part of the money into my account, weeks later I keep asking for the remainder of the money and I am just ignored.
