I chose Lasting reflections as my hair and makeup people for my wedding. I had booked and CONFIRMED my trial session for the 18th of August. I confirmed it in an email almost 2 weeks before. We live in pretoria and she is in kempton. Half way to kempton and half an hour before my appointment I emailed to ask for her address. She then told me that I had never confirmed the appointment and that under no circumstance would she help me on that day... even though it was her mistake. She also hasnt bothered to rearrange the session. She refused to answer her phone and she is refusing to answer any of my emails. I am shocked at her attitude towards me and the people I was going to refer to her. She obviously has so much money that she doesnt need my business.
