I did a application for a new account (31/07/2103), i was told to email the deposit slip to the mentioned consultant and then never got any response back.
On the 2nd of September i do a follow up since nothing was done thus far, just to find out that my account is inactive and the payment in error against the account cause its no active.
Why did i have to pay such a ridiculous amount if its just going to there!
This is really worry some and bad service from a company that is suppose to be on top!
