We did the meter up garde application and made the payment to eskom account, they told us that it be done withing 14 days ever since the 7/11/2013 we are still waiting. we can even instal gate, butler door due to the the insufficient power on our meter box. This is crucial for us for security in our home.

Please we need help, we tried calling Eskom help line several time what they said is they cant even trace who is suppose to come to do the up grade.
