I have bought a box of huggies gold for girls 4 at the beginning of August 2013 at baby boom rustenburg. The straps come off when im changing the nappy so i took all the damaged nappies and the second unopened pack to the shop during the month of september and i was told a huggies representative will call me back for refunds. Today it is the first of November 2013 and im still waiting for that call. Everytime i go to the shop im told the representantive is aware of my complaints but nothing is happening. Hopefully i will get a respond after posting this here and a full refund. I'm very dissapointed with how my complaint was handled at the shop and i won't recommend huggies to friends and family as it looks like the company doesnt care about its customers
