I have an automatic debit against my credit card for travel insurance in respect of INTERNATIONAL airfares. On 22 July I bought 2 DOMESTIC air tickets. My card was incorrectly debited for R344.00. Phoned their call center shortly after to request a refund. Promise to do so not kept. Phoned again on 6 August Ref. No. 608131108307519. Promise to action not kept. Phoned again on 14 August. Again the promise for urgent action not kept. Phoned again on 22 August, received a promise for swift action not kept. Another week has gone by and still no refund. Lots of apologies and promises for managers to phone me not kept. Shocking service!
