NO ELECTRICITY FOR THE PAST7 DAYS

We had our electric cable on Sunday morning, we were told to go to the police and provide Eskom with a case number so they would come fix it. We did that on Monday the 15th of July, but until this day no one has come to fix it or even called to explain the process. On Friday the 19th we went to Eskom (Khayelitsha) to find out why it was taking so long and they basically told us that they only have one person who works with cables and when we asked when it will be fixed, they did not give us an answer they just told us, this week will not end without it being fixed... SERIOUSLY! O_o

I do not understand why this is taking so long, we are just not being taken seriously. We've been sitting in the dark for a week and we do not know when this will be fixed. The service delivery is disgusting!!! i've tried to call, email and sms, no one has gotten back to me.
