I purchased a 24pack Smirnoff Ice Double Black from Pick and Pay and the can of the one six pack was empty, I phoned the customer care number but no-one seems to be assisting me. The lady said she will phone me and let me know but she still hasn't phoned me back I have been phone them whole time. I am still waiting on the courier to pick the pack up. Its been a week now and still now answer. I am just fed up now. They cant even tell me if its going to be replaced. Brand House big time :-(
