I contracted Rapid Business Registrations last year (2012) May for my company registration. In addition to the company registration, I asked them to help me with an import and export license. I settled all monies with them and to this day I do not have my license.
I have followed up with them over the past couple of months and the lady I have dealt with has been dishonest in claiming that I did not send them the details or some other excuse. I have proven to them time and time again that I did infact do everything on my end and they even acknowledged my emails at the time! If it's not that, then there is something else that is the reason.
I am so upset with this as I have lost large amounts in potential earnings as a result of the attitude and complete disregard shown to me. The worst of it is every time I call (from out of the country which costs me substantially) the office asking for the manager (Nondumiso Hadebe) and she is informed I am the caller, she is not available to answer my calls. Immediately after that I will get an email saying, "it's in progress".
I really do not know what is happening at this company! I just want my license or my money back!
