I ordered party packs from Delansi Party Palace (name of company at the time) earlier this year. I ordered it all well in advance after she had sent me pictures of the party boxes.
The package arrived and I only received 16 instead of 20 boxes. They were so badly made. It was a bad print, the glue gun strands were hanging out everywhere. Serviettes were only printed on a quarter of the serviette and the plates were printed skew. There were no bubbles in the box. When I queried the missing items (nothing was complete) she said that they would send it. The day before the party the bubbles arrived - not themed and table cloths were nasty. It took me hours trying to fix it all in time. She does not send out invoices or waybills.
Not all the children had the same theme in the end as I never received what I had paid for. When I insisted on reimbursement for the items I still had not received she became aggressive and refused. I am not the only one to complain. She insists that the client is not always right (I have proof to that effect). She's unreliable and totally in the wrong business if she cant work people. All I wanted was a party to remember and I got totally ripped off.
