I spoke to Ronnell several times during the planning and she assured me that the theme I request was done by her before and i should not worry about anything and the party will look good and told me to even look at her photo's on her face-book page compared to a particular competitor. The photos are very deceiving. The week of the party i called Ronnell many times asking her if all is good for the party and once again she said yes. When i called her the day b4 the party she then tells me that the clown does not have transport to go home and if i could drop the clown off, which is not my problem because i paid for a service. On my quotation it said Main Table Themed there was non, party props were 2 boxes wrapped up and 2 tyres as the centre piece for a Ferrari Theme the party looked cheap, i could have done a better job myself. The clown did not look like a clown, the kids were bored and didn't even listen to her. she never entertain the kids at all. she could not even paint or have energy, she even asked for party packs to take home. Ronnelle knew i was unhappy and she did nothing to help. I will never use her again and watch out for those that talk a lot.
