I logged a query with Experian to update my 2 Judgement Listings I have with African Bank to "Paid Up"!!! On the 30th July I received an e-mail from Zenzile Thabede (Consultant) confirming that my request has been logged on the Experian side. 20 Working Days has passed and I have still NOT heard/ received an update from Experian, the Bureaus's turn-around time is 20 working days, yet they still are not able to fulfill such simple requests in all the given period! This is SO unprofessional, to make It worse, they don't even call the consumer to advise on the delay after the 20 days period has passed!!!
