Canvas not even started upon collection

I ordered a canvas on behalf of my company as a farewell gift on Monday. They assured me I can collect Thursday, 3 days after placing the order. A collegue went to collect it now and the manager was first not available to speak to for about 15 min as she was waiting to find out whats going on and no one knew where the canvas is. I then called them when she advised me of this and Tshepo decides to focus on the fact that I used a swear word while talking to him and not the fact that there IS NO CANVASS to collect! Then he tells me thet ran out of material. Why is it that I now have to be ok with the fact that they did not inform me of this earlier?? He then tells me I can collect on friday... its too late! The canvass is supposed to be handed over friday morning!! Then Tshepo says ok it will be readr by 6 and thy refuse to deliver it to make up for the unnecessary driving on our part. Now while loading this complaint Tshepo calls to say its reade... half an hour job!! I hope its of good quality... so kodak, I have paid R499 for an half an hour job and pathetic service and attitude and unnecessary driving... is that fair? I would like to know what u gonna do to ensure we go back???
