Approached on phone to pick up free coupons for holiday. Went to given address on 3 July 2013 and forced to sit through presentation on Companies ability to arrange cut rate accommodation. After high pressure sales effort from Carl (Sales manager) were offered a "special deal" for R13898 via my credit card budget account over 60 months. Accepted and my card was swiped in haste and asked to sign receipt. On receipt of my card account the amount had been debited directly meaning a huge payment each month. Approached credit card co. and told max period of repayment is 36 months. As we are pensioners I approached Hannalie at the head office to cancel contract as allowed to within 5 days (as stated in their fine print) if registered letter and free coupons are returned. This was done and to date in spite of umpteen phone calls and promises that my case will be discussed at the next meeting, absolutely b'all has been done to credit my payment. Need I say that as pensioners on a limited budget we are struggling already to meet our payments. Will be going the legal route to get some action, so advice to all is avoid this organization at all costs, their way of operating should be outlawed.
