The plot thickens.
Sharetrackin withdrew R13000 on 20 December and another R7950 on 28 December from my credit card account. This is not according to the signed contract which states that only R13000 would be subtracted over a 36 month period on the credit card budget facility. On my contract the words "36 months budget" is clearly written over the printed sentence: The Seller is credited with the full amount... The words "36 months budget" are again written into the Card authorisation section next to an amount of R13000. Although I might have misunderstood the meaning of the "36 months budget" withdrawing an extra R7950 from my account is clearly a breach of contract.
The misleading information given by the Sharetrackin sales representatives and the ambiguous clauses contained in their contract should be a cause for concern for this well respected company that is endorsed by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
