The woman I spoke to on the phone communicated very poorly with me, could not understand basic questions like 'what are your operating hours? ' and hung up on me because she accused me of being indecisive all because she couldn't give me the BASIC information I needed! Hire more competent staff that understand customer service and can communicate your operating hours and when you have an availability!!
