Just under a year ago I took delivery of my Caff? luxe coffee machine. It makes coffee and I've been very satisfied with it, but a little while ago it went faulty. I mailed [URL Removed] (where I bought it from) and shortly thereafter received a phone call from Caff? luxe. After a very brief conversation, they offered to replace the machine - not repair it, replace it.
This is real peace of mind - you can certainly buy one of their machines with absolute confidence.
