I wished to purchase Theron's Comfrey Tincture from a health shop but had a question the shop staff were unable to answer so they kindly called Theron's Comfrey directly for me (Hint this is customer service in action). The person at Theron's Comfrey asked me invasive personal questions about who I was and where I was from (a. its none of your business and b. what possible bearing does this have? c. The shop assistant identified herself and said I was a customer) before telling me to ask the assistant for a brochure which a. did not have the information I was after and b. if it did have the information the shop assistant would have known it and the call would not be happening.
To add insult to injury I contacted Theron's directly to complain about the lack of service and got this reply:
Good morning Peter
The Tinture is an extract in an alcohol basis. The capsules are filled with
the fine comfrey leave. Both do the same job.

My name is NOT Peter so they did not bother to even read their contact form properly and there is no sign or hint of any apology.
While their products are good, their customer service is absolutely appalling.
