I am writing this letter to compliment Mr. Eben Theron on the way he handled and resolved the matter about which an earlier complaint was placed on this site. My son and I met with Mr. Theron on 23 September in his office. After my son explained to Mr. Theron why we felt Imperial GM was unethical in their conduct, all the options were considered carefully and an agreement was reached which was mutually beneficial. My husband took our car back to the workshop of Imperial GM on Tuesday 24 September where it was fixed at no additional costs. I am thankful to Mr. Theron for taking his customers into account and being prepared to walk the extra mile in order to professionally resolve an unpleasant matter. In so doing, he is laying the foundations of a prosperous future.
