On the 8th of August I reported to GHD that my flat iron was faulty. Zoldie and Zanele assisted me with my query and were very quick to organise a courier service to collect my GHD on the 12th of August. I received an sms and a call from GHD yesterday stating that a replacement will be delivered to me within 48 hours, This morning I received a brand new GHD due to the fact that my old one had a factory fault! Thank you for an awesome service!
