My GHD had a factory problem. I emailed GHD and was assisted by Zoldie quickly and efficiency. Her replies to any queries I had was immediate and she was very friendly. A big thank you to Zoldie and to GHD who replaced my GHD with a brand new one (old one was still in warranty). AND it took less than a week to have it collected from my home and the new one to be delivered! Another big thank you to the delivery company (SKYNET) and the friendly driver who also assisted in every way he could.
