I paid the Pilanberg Manufacture a sum of R80000 early August 2013. Insufficient material was delivered. Pilanberg Manufacture keeps on making excuses why the cannot deliver. Today 22 August 2013 a certain Cheryl told me that a truck was on its way to deliver my blocks but it never arrive. When I ask to talk to the owner (Leonard), the receiption said she is not allowed to give out his number or his email address. Leonard and Cheryl never returned calls. This company does not know what is Customer Service. Please think 100 times before this company, you have been warned. I am losing a lot of money each day the material is not delivered and this people simply put don't care. Lucky for me I took Legalwise policy, Legalwise is helping me to get justice.
