I have been waiting since the 5th August 2013 for Candice Whittaker to get back to me as to when the courier will collect my ghd to have it fixed by them. My ghd is still under the 2 year warranty you get when you purchse it, I live by my GHD flat iron and the air dryer, I cannot go without my stylers. GHD is suppose to be a well established international company, but there service are pathetic. I am very disappointed in them and will never buy one of their products again. Looks like I have to move over to cloud nine.
