Shocking bad service

I attempted to make a booking USING THE BOOKING FORM ON EUROSUITS WEBSITE. Instead, they sent me a price list. I tried a few times to phone, no answer. So I sent an email, which was ignored. I therefore assumed we could arrive without an appointment. We therefore travelled all the way to Pretoria from Johannesburg only to be ignored flat by the staff - no greeting, NOTHING. Then, when I eventually find a staff member, I get told to sign up for an appointment. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere where people are willing to actually give some level of service.
