2 weeks ago my driving lesson was cancelled due to their car breakdown, noone informed me. I called the instructor who told me. At the office the guy was very arrogant with a bad attitude and was inconsiderate of my time wasted. Today again i had to call the instrustor because i was waiting for him. I therefore called the office again the guy forgot to tell the instructor about our lessons today. I am deeply disappointed and failed cause i trusted them. The guy just dismissed my concerns as result i had to cancel a lesson because of thier incompetence.
