I was told about 3 different amounts of increase in rental by 2 different people, who both work for accounts department and it doesnt end there, Mems properties provide the worst service for Athos Villa at Midrand, when you report something they come fix it a month later after reporting and there is no maintenance done on that complex, its dirty with no car ports and when you complain they give you an attitude and never gets anything fixed on time. I tried to enquire about the 3 different amount and was told it was just a mistake and was told in the middle of the month that by month end i need to pay more as the one i have been paying for the past 2 months was wrong and no body bothered to say anything. They dont even send us statements of rental and just increase the rent when it suits them. This agency needs to be investigated as all they care about is receiving money from tenants month end without giving any good service.
