Tag Heuer NOT on time

I recently took my Tag to Mervis Brothers to have it serviced.
The consultant advised that Tag stockists no longer keep spare parts on site hence the watch will be sent away to be serviced and will take approximately 3 months to be serviced and returned to me.

3 months have now passed and I still don't have my watch.

Tag Heuer is a brand synonymous with style, class and superior service delivery but my experience has totally tainted my belief in the brand and what it stands for.

I fully understood that process had changed, but my concern now is, 3 months have passed - how much longer will I have to wait for my watch?
Why does Tag promise a 3 month TAT and not deliver on that?

I can guarantee Tag will lose many clients because of this change - I certainly won't be purchasing another anytime soon!!!
