Good day I bought a Gold card @ Sandton station and loaded funds for - R1800 over the counter. The Teller did not explained to me the use of the ticket when I purchased it. I used the ticked on for 2 trips from Sandton to Heatfield (parking my vehicle
@ Sandton Station taking the bus from Heatfield to Brooklyn. On the 18 March 2013 used the card for the 2nd time for parking and boarding the train from Sandton to Heatfield the bus to Brooklyn. On my return the card was invalid I had to purchase a ticket
plus parking for R48. The card no: 3455991326 3710 000 2436 1177. Please can I be refunded or can I have a personalised Gold card registered in my name. I don't use the train every day seeing that I need my car in Brooklyn as our offices are in the following areas Riverwalk, Heatfield & Pretoria Central. I travell to the different offices and need the use of my vehicle when I am in Brooklyn.
