The designer of my invite got a quote from hartwood and recommended that i use them as she has previously used them and they had done a good job. i then went along to email Dedre Lourens to ask her questions and accept the quote on the 31st of July 2013 she said it will be ready in 2-3days, so i expected to her from her by latest Monday.i didn't hear from her! emailed her again asking about the invites and there delivery as-well as how to make payment, she once again didn't reply. Monday i called asked lulu whats going on she said she will get back to me i emailed Dedre Lourens again saying as per my previous emails i accept the quote only then did she reply saying it will be ready Wednesday, i replied once again repeating my payment and delivery questions and called after them alday after paying for it i called to find out when it will delivered and it was delivered WHAT A FLOP
