BAD ATTITUDE

My daughter originally had her windscreen replaced at PG Glass Shelly Beach on Tuesday 26/03/2013 but the windscreen was found to be leaking badly. As she was returning to university in Pretoria on Monday 01/04/2013, Claude advised that she take her vehicle Corsa NPS 33979 to the nearest branch once up in Gauteng. I phoned and arranged for her to go to the Benoni branch on Friday 12/04/2013. When the fitment had been done and my daughter went to collect her vehicle she discovered that the driver's inner door handle had been broken off. When she pointed this out to the black technician who had done the fitment he first just laughed at her. When she insisted, he opened the door panel and told her that the handle had previously been broken and glued together. We've had the car for 5 years and the handle has never given us any problems. The technician then promptly proceeded to glue the handle back on but by the time she got back to Pretoria on Friday evening the handle had broken off again. I feel that in repairing the handle the technician admitted liability and since his repair failed, a new handle should be replaced by PG Glass Benoni at their expense.
