A month ago we booked a suit for our son to his Matric Farewell party on the 20th September 2013.
We were told the suit will be ready on the 19th September 2013 for collection. On the 19th September we went to collect the suit upon arrival we found chaos and angry customers and scholars all fuming and want to burst with anger. we were helped eventually, We waited half a hour then went to look for him, guess what he was gasping air in trying to find pieces of the suit lying on the ground everywhere, everyone was grabbing here and there clothing was lying on the ground, suit jackets, pants, undercoats, absolute chaos!! I have never seen any place so disorganized, they have no suit for us, we could not believe what we heard, he just pulled up his shoulders and said he is going to try and gather a suit if we don't mind waiting, I almost flipped my top eventually they could not help us with the undercoat, pants we just had a jacket, we demanded our deposit back and left the shop. The manager also disappeared like a ghost after phoning another manager we were promised to have a suit by midday the 20th Septemebr who will wait till then? How can you trust them after disappointment? Neve
