I bought a 16cm Tevo pan some time ago and was truly upset when the on the handle kept loosening as the actual pan is such a pleasure to use and of such excellent quality.. I logged a web query with Tevo on 20 August and by the afternoon I already received a reply and a promise to post me a new handle. I received my new handle on 30 August as well as a lovely gift from Tevo. It is truly refreshing that there are still companies that handle problems so efficiently. Thank you Tevo. I will definitely recommend your products.
