I had an appointment for 11:00 for a wedding cake consultation and had arrived on time. i was seated and told that Kiki, the lady who i had the appointment with, woud be with me in a few minutes. After 10 mins i was relayed the same message that Kiki would be with me in a few minutes. After a further 10 minutes, I was again told that Kiki would be with me in a few minutes. After 30 minutes i decided that if Kiki was not able to be at the scheduled meeting on time, how would she be able to provide successful delivery of a wedding cake on the wedding day. No explanation on why or where she was was provided. The Monday I had sent a mail to complain about this terrible lack of customer service and to this day I have not received any response from Annicas Bakery in Sandton Michaelangelo Towers Mall.
They purport to be an upstanding institution providing quality but they most definitely did not reach that mark and I would never recommend them to anyone at all.
