New system slow and ineffective

Due to the "new system" the service level has dropped to such an extent that the staff has had to put up a notice apologising for the slow service. According to the staff this is permanent. Credit card payment never go through? It is not surprising the SA Post Office is struggling to make ends meet. Speedfreight services are always out of waybills and when they do have waybills the bar code and tracking numbers do not correlate.
