Margin errors... No clients mistake

I went to the greenstone branch to print sticker and business cards for my cake business, the lady that help me told me to go buy the stickers at the PNA, For the remaining of the afternoon she battled with margin, the sheets that we printed out was about 70% not usable, but I was still nice enough to pay for it. The Friday when I went to fetch the business cards, it was not ready (after 3days) the lady told me she did phone me but I did not answer, yes there was a miss call but no message to tell me there is problems.
The problem was that the design was to big so when they put it through the business card cutter, it cuts off the wording, again I was nice enough to tell her, just print it and then I will go and cut it at home with scissors, when I started cutting the margin was out again! Took the things back last Wednesday, no manager was available, staff did spoke to them over the phone and they send they are not refund me because its not there mistake, the lady said that she will speak to her boss again, and phone me back. Today I phone them and when I ask her why she did not phone back her responds... Eish. Manager still not available. Nobody want to help me
