APPALLING SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Walkerville Post Office is my local so I'm in there regularly. The knowledge of what staff is non-existent. I cannot get the correct information when I ask for prices relating to Speed Services, my post box is locked due to non-payment when I've paid online months earlier and Head Office is aware that payment was made - Walkerville lock it by mistake!!! The service is slow and very frustrating. I send many parcels for my business but I no longer trust what information I'm given regarding pricing etc, as the information is always incorrect when I double-check telephonically with other Post Offices. Maria is good (not sure if she's the manager) but the assistant is a waste of time - she's slow, rude and unhelpful.
