In the beginning of 2012 I had a job where I didn't get paid for 2 months so I weren't able to pay them. I wanted to let them know what the situation was and why I couldn't pay, so the numbers and email addresses I had didn't work. after a long struggle I finally got their email addres so I told them that they shouldn't send me more books because I won't be able to pay that as I don't have a job, and that I will pay them the outstanding amount as soon as possible. So in June I finaly paid them the outstanding amount of R250.55, it was on all the bills I recieved. After I paid them there was a new bill at my mothers house of R510. I email'd them saying that I paid the outstanding amount of R250.55 and I saw the new account said that I owe them R510 and what that was for? So I recieved a email saying that they sended me two books (that I did not recieve) and they haven't recieved the payment so I must send them the proof of payment. I sended them the proof of payment and the books I did recieve and since then I never heard from them again! In Jan this year I recieved an email from nrb risks that i have been put on ITC. After 6 months not hearing from them, and I paid! Unprofessional!
