Ad, real bad service, getting worse

On the 8th of December, advanced booking, the taxi driver was 40 minutes late picking me up from OR Tambo airport. He had no sign board by which I could recognize him. Had to give my description of the clothes I was wearing in order for him to identify me - that all over the phone (when I enquired about Rixi Taxi being late.. When I got to the car the name board was lying on the back seat, wow. I was furious and got into the back of the vehicle. I had to kick beer bottle and KFC empty parcels out of the way in order to put my feet down. I asked the driver whether he drank alcohol, he said no but the previous customer did. Why did he not clean the cars beforehand. Was stopping at KFC and bottle store for customers the reason for being late. On top of that THE DRIVER was operating his cell phone whilst driving. Wow, What happened to the Law of the roads and placing life's at risk. It is said, if they are 30 minute late, refund.!!! Where is my refund. I have been using Rixi taxi alot lately - R380 each time x 6 and this is the treatment you receive...
