Not able to FICA at branch

I opened a new account with FNB via the Fast app line. I asked to pick up my cards at the branch instead of using the courier, because I know I also need to FICA. I am a lodger, and I provided a letter from the people I stay with to verify that I stay at the given adress. I also supplied a rental invoice (in the name of the people I stay with), on which the water and lights are included. Both of these documents are certified. I do not receive any mail at my residential address, as it is a complex and there is no mail facilities. I use a PO Box for all correspondence.

I have checked the FNB website to verify which documents are accepted for FICA, and it clearly states that "Correspondence from a Body Corporate / Share Block Association" is accepted. Still, FNB Menlyn Square is unable, or unwililng rather, to FICA my account.
