We bought last year a fireplace through a company called Fireplace Warehouse which supplies Jetmaster products. After the summer period I noticed corrosion on the inside of the fireplace and contacted the company I dealt with. I received immediate response and the gentleman forwarded my concern including pictures to Jetmaster. This was on the 18th April, the same day I send the email.
Since then I'm following up with the Fireplace Warehouse which do assist me very well but other then emails going back and forth I haven't heard anything. Mind my initial email wasn't a complaint but more asking for what to do... Since that I've seen emails going from the Fireplace Warehouse to Jetmaster and somebody responds if I'm lucky with an email not to me but to the FIreplace Warehouse telling that somebody will be in touch. And another 4 weeks pass. I'm lost for words apart from the most pathetic customer service. It can't get worse as there is no customer service existent.
