Last month I purchased a fireplace through Family Fires. Reece was very friendly and helpful and gave me some good advise with regards to getting the perfect fireplace for my home. He came out, did the measurements and said my fireplace would be ready in about a week!
I was very happy until I decided to read the comments on Hello Peter about Family Fires :/ I was immediately very nervous and thought about cancelling my order, but stuck through it - and I am so glad I did! The fireplace more than exceeded my expectations! I've had a fire going pretty much every night in my home because I'm so in love with it, even in this crazy heat we've been having lol.
I don't ever write reviews of companies, but I felt Family Fires was definitely worthy of taking 10 minutes of my life to write about. People are very quick to point out what is wrong, hardly ever what is right. Well done I will definitely recommend this company and will be back when I want my braai!
