This is the following service I have encountered in your branch:
1. Visited your new shop for the first time, needed some blinds made up. Went to your consultant at the blinds desk, while she was happily sitting there, ignored me and after 10 mins. I left with nothing.
2. proceeded to the fireplace section, saw a fireplace I wanted, asked the consultant if the fireplace is a radiant or combustion fireplace, was told that it heats up your room. I did not know that, seriously? was told it would be in stock next week, went, no stock, told it would be in next week, went, no stock again. I left my contact details with them to keep one when it came in, no call. It has been 2 months. I accepted i was not going to get it.
3. Saw a fireplace advertised for special, called and was told no stock. left my contact details and was told they would keep me one when they came in "next week" No call has been made and the special has elapsed. It has been a few weeks now.
4. Asked a sales consultant to show me where the picture hanging hooks are, after a long story about how to put pictures up with double sided tape I proceeded to find the hooks I was looking for by myself.
BAD SERVICE!
