We sincerely regret the poor experience of Mrs Tanya de Tarnowsky. In mitigation, the "owner" concerned is no longer employed by The Fireplace Shoppe, the installer denies transporting a fireplace unit on the back of a bakkie filled with rubble (and has be threatened never to do this) and Morso SA refers to their website for copies of manuals, which have to be downloaded off the internet. Mrs de Tarnowsky's glove has been replaced. We are continually striving to deliver excellent service - mostly we get it right as evidenced by testimonials on our website - and appreciate feedback if our service is lacking - we can then take steps to rectify.
