My fridge freezer stopped working, I phoned Applique Appliances on Monday 15th July 2013 at 10h00, the person told me that it is to late to send out a technician to have a look at the problem. She undertook to have it looked at on Tuesday, Wednesday I had to drive to the shop to aske for feedback - they went out late Wednesday and told us that they need to get the spares from DEFY. They will phone us with a price. They said it would be fixed on Friday.
Friday afternoon I phoned - the excuse then was that the serial number is wrong - I was asked to supply the correct number, I told the person that I was not at home and the technician should know the correct serial number.
The agent became abusive and I informed her that I do not appreciate het tone of voice as well as the service I get from them.
I see at least 5 other or similar complaints on Google about the company. I see the company also do not respond to compalints.
please stay away unless you want to wait for days to get service.
