I bought my plasma TV approx 3 years ago, after a few months the screen went and was replaced, on Monday 3rd Feb my TV just switced off, I phoned the local agent Applique appliances at 8-00am to collect the TV, after a lot of phone calls they eventually collected at 10-00 the next day, from Tuesday to Friday my wife has phoned daily to be told they will phone back, which they never have, eventually today after my wife phoned they said, the mother board has gone and there are no spares available, I was under the impression there had to be spares available for any product sold in SA for a number of years? I have a refrigerator, sound system, DVD player and cell phone all Samsung products, I now have to buy a new TV, I dont think I will buy Samsung again, not after the service problems and spares issue I have endured this week, R13, 000 for a TV that has only lasted a few years, I am disgusted
